Our company combines a vast array of experience
and knowledge in the field of residential development which gives us the flexibility to design
and value engineer our communities to meet the needs and desires of our homebuyers. We have

Ron Cuttler, President - Mr.Cuttler has been involved in the sale of investment and
residential real estate for over 14 years. Over the past 9 years (3 years of which included a partnership role)
Mr. Cuttler has assisted in land acquisition, due diligence & feasibility analysis, product & site design, and
has managed all the marketing & sales for Valhalla Homes' communities in the Metropolitan Phoenix. Specifically, Mr.
Cuttler was extensively involved in the following communities outstanding success:

John Mihelic, Vice President - Mr. Mihelic has been involved with the residential and investment real estate
market in Phoenix, Arizona for 12 years. During the last 3 years, John assisted in the product design and managed
the marketing and sales for Vallahala Homes 63 unit luxury condominium community, Toscana Lakeside in Ahwatukee Foothills. He also assisted
with the marketing and sales of Toscano Villas, a 75 unit luxury townhome community in Gold Canyon. Previous to John's experience with new home developments,
John was a very successful residential real estate agent winning numerous customer service and sales awards, including being in the Top 10% of Prudential
real estate agents nationwide. John's well rounded real estate and marketing knowledge brings invaluable insight and experience in product & site design,
feasibility analysis, and marketing & sales with first class customer service being top priority.
